Tips for Our Custom At-Home Whitening Trays

• Follow our office’s instructions by applying the bleaching gel on the tray, ensuring it contacts the front surfaces of your teeth.
• Wear the trays for the recommended duration.
• Following application, rinse your mouth and softly brush away any remaining gel from your teeth using a toothbrush with soft bristles.
• Thoroughly clean the trays after each use by rinsing them under cool water to remove any residual gel and debris. Allow the trays to air dry completely before storing them in a clean, dry place.
• After a bleaching treatment, your teeth are more vulnerable to stains for the first 2 days. During this period, it’s advisable to steer clear of dark-colored foods and beverages that could discolor your teeth. Consider anything that can stain your clothes as a potential risk to your newly whitened teeth.
