Introducing Mini Implants<\/h2>\n

Most patients lack the necessary bone<\/a><\/strong>, as missing teeth are a direct cause of jawbone loss. This is even more true after an extraction, which causes your bone to lose mass and volume over time.<\/p>\n

Fortunately, Fine Dental Care also utilizes miniimplantes dentales<\/a><\/strong>, which secure even in minimal bone!<\/p>\n

How Same Day Extraction and Implant Placement Works<\/h2>\n

Using a local anesthetic to keep you comfortable, we will gently remove your tooth from its socket. If your tooth is more difficult to access, we may have to use a more surgical approach or break your tooth into more accessible pieces.<\/p>\n

Regardless of the extraction process, we aim to make you as comfortable as possible. While it’s common to feel some pain or discomfort after extractions<\/a><\/strong>, it’s easily manageable with over-the-counter pain medications.<\/p>\n

The Implant Placement<\/h4>\n

While not everyone is eligible for same day extraction and implant placement, we find that most pacientes como t\u00fa<\/a><\/strong> are eligible with mini implants!
