A Mini Dental Implant acts like the root of your tooth to hold your denture in place.  Usually only 1 visit is required.  The head of the implant is shaped like a ball and your denture contains a holder with a rubber O-ring. The O-ring snaps over the ball when the denture is seated and holds the denture securely. When seated, the denture gently rests on the gum tissue. In most cases 4 mini dental implants are all that is required.
