Example 1
This patient had an implant placed in another state. As you can see, the implant became infected and the gum tissue and bone receded. The patient's doctor said he was unable to do anything, as you can see problem solved without replacing the existing implant.
Example 2
This patient was originally happy with their implant, however after time the gums began to shrink and the implant began to show through the gums. This implant problem was fixed keeping the existing implant and using a ridge augmentation technique.
Example 3
This is a case of cheapest isn't always best in fact in her case it could have become dangerous. The implant had become severely infected and the infection had spread under jawbone. The doctor who placed the implant said that he was unable to help her, as you can see there is always a solution.Before

Here a patient had 2 implants placed elsewhere. The doctor had placed them crooked, and the patient had lots of difficulty getting her teeth in, and the denture was hurting her tongue causing her lots of pain. One of the implants severed the nerve in her jaw leaving her with permanent numbness. Her doctor said to her to get used to it because the implants had integrated to her bone and nothing could be done.Before

Removal of the old implants was done atraumatically and she received 4 new dental implants. After a short time, her lower denture was replaced with excellent results.

Here are dental implants that were placed many, many years ago, and the doctor who had originally placed them was no longer in practice. Unfortunately as time went by the patient began to bite their tongue.Before
